Operating under Zimbabwe’s Special Grant alluvial licensing framework, this programme recovers fine and coarse placer gold across
approved river terrace and active channel concessions. Community integration is a structural feature of this operation.

Project Highlights

• Concession area: 3,200 hectares (approved)

• Primary equipment: 2x 30t/hr trommels, gravity concentrators

• Recovery: 0.15–0.4 g/m3 average in-situ grade

• Local employment: 85%+ from adjacent ward communities

• Rehabilitation: Concurrent with operations — no legacy disturbance
